What do you get for your investment? Without a doubt, the biggest advantage is the ability to get an instant, up-to-minute, accurate assessment of your inventory. Every time you check a customer, the items you run are immediately removed from your list of lists, which are kept on the system’s hard drive. That list can be surprisingly large. Many boutique clothing stores, for example, will stock thousands of SKUs, in which the actual calculation exceeds 10,000 items. The same applies to shops selling bicycles to cameras ranging from cameras to cosmetics. Keeping thousands of items that make up a small business can be a real work. However, keeping the items in stock continuously can increase competitive advantage over very large competitors. How to get the balance? A good POS system can help you, which gives you permission to set up a warning that tells you that there is a situation in order to reorder a given item. When it’s time to order again, some POS systems pay you most recently, as well as the average price you paid in the past. Both can help you with the best deal with your suppliers. Off-Hours, you can run a report that provides inventory activity for day, week or month. To get a big picture, some POS systems allow you to track your inventory year after year, so that you can compare the orders of this year with people of the previous year. Doing this can help you estimate where you want to go in the coming months.

ERP Software

What is ERP?

ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning

ERP History In 1990, Gartner created the term ERP to describe the development of Material Resource Planning (MRP) and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II) because they extend beyond manufacturing in other parts of the enterprise, usually finance and HR . The ERP system was rapidly evolving in response to the introduction of Y2K and Euro during the 1990s. What is the ERP system used for? ERP systems improve enterprise efficiency and effectiveness: Integrating financial information. Without an integrated system, individual departments, such as finance, sales and so on, need to rely on different systems, each of which will have different revenue and expense numbers. Employees at all levels waste time in reconciliation rather than discussing how to improve the enterprise. The integration order coordinates an ERP order, build, inventory, accounting and distribution. It is very simple and less error with the single system compared to a series of different systems for each stage in the process. Providing information from customer information. Most ERPs include customer relationship management CRM tools for tracking all customer interactions. Coupling these interactions with information about order, delivery, returns, service requests, etc. provides information about the customer’s behavior and needs. This standardization saves time, increases productivity, and reduces head count. Hourly information standardization is the lack of a simple method for many enterprises, especially in many business units, communicating with employees about the benefits or tracking the hours and expenses of employees. An ERP system with a self-service portal enables employees to maintain their personal information, while integrating advanced degrees, certificates and tasks such as timely reporting, spending tracking, vacation requests, scheduling, training etc. Experience in human resources stores, individuals with specific capabilities can easily be matched with potential tasks. Purchase of standardization. In the absence of an integrated procurement system, analysis and tracking of the purchase across the enterprise is challenging. Large enterprises often find that different business units buy the same product, but they do not get the benefit of relaxation in the volume. Enabling internal efficiency To properly execute the ERP system properly, enterprises to reduce the time it takes to complete almost every business process. Better decision maker ERP promotes cooperation through shared data shared around common data definitions. Sharing data destroys the timing of data about the quality of data and allows the departments to analyze data, to conclude and to spend time in making better decisions. Balances central guidance with some amount of local autonomy to make the most effective decision. Mid-command and control are rarely responsible for local needs, while full-field autonomy provides enterprise-wide coordination. Shared data and general business processes allow decisions in the headquarters parameters, which are done by the closest persons to the situation. Agility increased. The result of standardization and simplification occurs in less harsh structures. It creates a more intelligent enterprise, which can quickly adapt, increasing the chances of cooperation. Increasing security While a centralized data base with enterprise data is a big goal, it is easy to secure hundreds of servers in comparison to data scattered around the wardrobe or desk. This is particularly difficult if the security team does not have information about the server or includes corporate data.

Learning Management System is a diverse group of software that is designed to support education in the network environment. Currently, many health education programs are planning to implement these systems, or are using. Careful planning and evaluation is required to make these techniques effective. In addition to academic support for learning in LMS evaluation, integration of diverse perspectives such as cost / effectiveness, technical specifications of the product, commercial characteristics are required. The purpose of this article is to analyze the features of LMS that have been published to meet future research requirements.

In this study, two sources of information were used: traditional magazines and web pages. Research journals were selected as the primary source of information about this or their domain for their popularity and their traditional roles in the medical community. Web pages were selected as a source based on their popularity and reach. To find research articles, two databases were consulted: PubMed and Eric. These databases presented a complete index of research literature not only in medical education but also in other social and academic disciplines. Five words were used to find each database: “Learning management system”, “LMS”, “courseware”, “webcity”, “blackboard”. As a secondary strategy to filter within the search, “education” and “assessment” were also introduced. Two brand names used in this search were selected due to their popularity. If their content was related to the evaluation of any aspect of LMS, then the received articles were selected. After the same process, web search was done using the Business Search Engine (Google). The pages were chosen using the same criteria, which limits our search to the first 30 links returned by search engines.
