MSP (Management of Successful Programs) is a best practice guide from OGC (Government Commerce Office, an independent office of the Treasury). This group has been developed by some of the group’s key physicians using expertise and practical experience. Management of successful programs is unique in its position as a flexible generic best practice framework, and although it has been established on best practice, this is not a prized script.
MSP describes Management as a viable, robust management approach, which will help organizations to provide the necessary benefits, innovation and new ways of working to ensure success with major projects and business change programs. What will be the management of successful programs provides a business or organization with programmatic framework and strategies – in other words, provides a perspective to manage and distribute business benefits from a set of related projects.
A complete project or project for a program is key to success. To identify an organization is made up of a specific set of projects, which will deliver a set of objectives, or set of goals for the organization. The objectives or objectives of the program are usually at a strategic level, so that the organization can gain profits and improvements in its business operations.

Management of successful programs is designed for almost any type of organization, unless major personnel (usually a senior manager / officer) have not trained in MSP program management. There are 50 questions in the MSP Foundation Examination and remain for 40 minutes, and at least 60% marks are required to pass the other examinations and proceed. In the MSP Practitioner Examination, the candidates need to show that they understand the application of program management in a complex business environment. Therefore, the candidates should be familiar with the benefits of the big organizations and the strategic level. Registered MSP Practitioner Eligibility is now established as a major program management qualification in many parts of the world.
